Q: How do I return or exchange an item?
A: Please contact Imperial Junkie's customer service at 757.428.1366 or via e-email at customer_service@imperialjunkie.com to request a RA# to be sent to you via email, along with the return/exchange form.
***If calling after 5PM EST. please leave a detailed message explaining if you would like a return or exchange. Please be sure to clearly state your name on the order, email address and phone number.

Q: Once I contact Imperial Junkie for the RA#, what is the next step?
A: Once you have requested your RA#, Imperial Junkie will send you an e-mail. This email will include the address you will need to ship the merchandise to, your RA#, the Posted Invoice # and the Return/Exchange Form which must be filled out and included in the box when you ship your merchandise back to us.*
*Failure to completely file out form may cause delay in receiving exchange order or refund.

Q: Do I have to pay for shipping?
A: Yes! You will have to incur the costs of shipping the merchandise to us for an exchange or refund; however WE WILL SHIP THE ITEM BACK TO YOU, FREE OF CHARGE.

Q: Why do I have to pay shipping for an exchange, when I received the wrong item?
A: You don’t! In this case we could kindly provide you with a UPS Shipping Label via email, in an effort to rectify the inconvenience. Typically, we don’t send the incorrect merchandise, however in the event this does happen; we will front the shipping bill for you to send us the incorrect product(s) to the warehouse as well for us to ship the correct item (s) back to you.

Q: Do I have to fill out the return/exchange form?
A: Yes! Please fill out this form and include it with the merchandise you are sending back for a refund/exchange. The form takes less than two minutes to fill out and will ensure that your request is processed quickly and successfully.

Q: Can I add an item to my order?
A: Unfortunately, no! We do not have access to your credit card info; therefore we have no way of charging your card accordingly.

Q: I tracked my exchange and it says that it has been delivered to your warehouse, but I still have not received any word back. What’s up with that?
A: Once your return/exchange comes to the warehouse it usually takes 2-3 business days to process, as a result of it having to go through different departments. However, please be mindful that your support is valued to us, so we try our best to speed up this process as much as possible!

For exchanges- An email will be sent to you promptly with the exchange order tracking number.
